Certification Programmes
Each programme is mapped to an active regulatory framework. Completion earns a PDF certificate with a cryptographic signature, a shareable Open Badge, and a LinkedIn credential.
AI Literacy Certificate
The foundation credential. Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires deployers of AI systems to ensure sufficient AI literacy across their workforce. This certificate demonstrates that requirement has been met — not through a generic awareness course, but through structured understanding of how AI systems work, what they risk, and what obligations apply.
What you receive
- PDF certificate with cryptographic signature
- Open Badge (shareable / LinkedIn)
- EU AI Act Article 4 alignment evidence
AI Governance Professional
For practitioners responsible for designing, implementing, or overseeing AI governance within an organisation. The programme covers accountability structures, human oversight mechanisms, documentation and transparency obligations, incident response, and the governance requirements of the EU AI Act for high-risk AI systems.
What you receive
- PDF certificate with cryptographic signature
- Open Badge (shareable / LinkedIn)
- Competency evidence for governance roles
EU AI Act Practitioner
The regulation is 113 articles across 13 chapters. This programme goes through all of it — risk classification, high-risk system requirements, transparency obligations for general-purpose AI, market surveillance, enforcement, and the penalties that make non-compliance expensive. Designed for compliance officers, legal teams, and technical leads who need to work with the regulation directly.
What you receive
- PDF certificate with cryptographic signature
- Open Badge (shareable / LinkedIn)
- Regulation mapping evidence for compliance files
AI Risk Management Specialist
Risk management is the practical core of AI governance. This programme builds competency in the NIST AI RMF's four functions (Govern, Map, Measure, Manage), the EU AI Act's risk classification methodology, DPIA integration, and the specific risk assessment obligations that apply to high-risk AI systems. Includes worked examples from healthcare, finance, and public sector deployments.
What you receive
- PDF certificate with cryptographic signature
- Open Badge (shareable / LinkedIn)
- Risk management competency evidence
ISO 42001 Lead Implementer
ISO/IEC 42001 is the international standard for AI management systems. This programme trains practitioners to design, implement, and audit an AIMS — covering context and scope, leadership and policy, planning for risks and opportunities, support, operational controls, performance evaluation, and continual improvement. The standard is demanding; this programme does not simplify it.
What you receive
- PDF certificate with cryptographic signature
- Open Badge (shareable / LinkedIn)
- AIMS implementation competency evidence
Built to Standard
Open Badges v2
Every credential is issued as an Open Badge assertion — a machine-verifiable JSON-LD document linked to the issuer, recipient, and evidence. Share to LinkedIn, embed anywhere, verify independently.
Signed PDF Certificate
Certificates are generated as PDF documents and signed with AICI's private key. The cryptographic signature can be independently verified — it cannot be forged or backdated.
Public Verification
Every certificate number resolves to a public verification page. Employers and regulators can confirm authenticity without contacting AICI directly.
